  1. Wow, great podcast. She’s funny, obviously knows her stuff, lots of good suggestions and support. I learnt a few things such as cramping associated with stress, the different types of yoga, the limbic reaction (pattern) and all the services she offers. It was great that you gave her this opportunity Anne to help so many people in your community !
