How would you like to connect with a group of women and dive into self-exploration through creative journalling?

If you have given your all to your family and lost yourself in the process, this is for you.

If your children have left home and you feel sad and empty, this is for you.

If you are newly divorced and you have no idea what you want, like, feel or who you are, this is for you.

If you just want to create with other women in a meaningful way, this is for you.

Join me one Sunday per month for some exploration and connection with an online community of women just like you.

Here’s what you can expect:

You will need a sketch book or journal and a pen or coloured pencils/markers, whatever you prefer.

I will send you a Zoom link for our meeting via e-mail.

Every month, we will explore a new theme. I will start off by introducing the theme then I will suggest an art directive for you. You will have a set amount of time to draw or write. Then you will get the opportunity to share either your art or your insights with the group. You choose how much to share and whether to turn your video on or only use audio. You can even use the chat feature to share if that is more comfortable for you. After we discuss the insights from the first art directive, I will provide a second directive to build on what we have learned.
