Re-Energizing Tips and Tools for Mamas

I decided to create a series of webinars where I interview wellness professionals to provide tips and tools to support moms during this stressful time. Last week, I interviewed Tricya Morrice about using yoga to stay grounded. In the coming weeks, I’ll be speaking with a nutritionist, a naturopathic doctor and an herbalist. However, this week, none of the professionals were available. I decided to create this little presentation for the people on my mailing list. I hope you enjoy it. Just as I describe in the video, I know what it’s like to be a busy mom and fit in self-care or productivity where I can. This video was created on my iPad, in a parking lot. 🙂
